I prepared these bellinis for a casual Italian meal. They are given a more intense raspberry flavor using Chambord liqueur. I hope you enjoy!
- 1⁄2 cup prosecco, chilled (fills a champagne flute)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Chambord raspberry liquor
- 2 -3 fresh raspberries
- Fill each glass with chilled Prosecco then drop in the Chambord and raspberries.
