- 6 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons margarine
- salt, to taste
- 2 -4 teaspoons raspberry vinegar
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- chopped parsley, for garnish
- Place carrots and water in a covered dish; microwave for 5-7 minutes, just until tender.
- Drain carrots; add margarine, salt, raspberry vinegar, and sugar; stir to combine.
- Microwave for 1-2 minutes; garnish with parsley.
