A cocktail with Crystal Light, from the latest issue of Food & Family. Raspberry, OJ, and rum, yum! For anyone that can't get Crystal Light, it's sugar free fruit drink mix. 1 tub makes 2 quarts, so if you're using a substitute, you would use whatever amount makes 2 quarts.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (3 teaspoon) containercrystal light low calorie raspberry drink mix
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 3 12 cups water
  • 12 cup spiced rum

  1. Empty Crystal light tub into large pitcher.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, and stir until drink mix is completely dissolved.
  3. Serve over ice in tall glasses.

I have made this several times now for family parties and it is always a really big hit. The last time I made it- I used 5 Alive instead of the OJ and I used Mango Rum in place of the spiced rum. It turned out really good.

I made these, only I didn't use the orange juice, and it was very good-- really refreshing. Nice way to enjoy an afternoon by the pool.
