This was a quick fit that tasted so good I thought I would share. This could be made for one or many.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 bite size fudge like brownies
  • 12 cup fresh raspberry
  • 3 tablespoons real whipped topping

  1. Take a nice square of brownie and chunk it into a bowl. Then put raspberries on top of them then top with the whipped topping.
  2. I know it sounds so simple, but boy was it good. I did use a package of those bite size brownies, so can do the same or make you own brownies.
  3. Enjoy.

What a wonderful flavor combination! I made a single no-pudge brownie in the microwave and then topped it with whipped cream and since fresh raspberries were so expensive in my market this week, I used frozen mixed berries. The result was a delicious dessert that was quick to make one serving and would be easy enough to serve a crowd. Thank you kittycara! Made for PAC 07.

This was "delightful". Very easy to make. I am taking it to work tomorrow for a snack in the afternoon. I can't wait.
