This is a slight variation on the traditional strawberry banana that I put together. It makes a nice light, healthy and tasty breakfast or snack!
- 2 1⁄2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1⁄2-1 scoop french vanilla whey protein powder
- 4 tablespoons plain organic low-fat yogurt
- cold water, as necessary
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend together until smooth.
- Add cold water as necessary for smooth consistency.
- Pour in glasses and enjoy!
