nice and fruity, great to cool you off after a good workout! make sure you use a blender for this one.
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1⁄3 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1⁄4 cup raspberries
- 1⁄4 cup banana, smashed
- 2 teaspoons sugar substitute
- 3 ice cubes
- pour all ingredients into blender in order listed. blend on high for 1 or 2 minutes.
- pour into glass and serve immediately.
- makes 1 16oz glass or 2 8oz glasses.
