I love these as part of a salad...or straight out of the roasting pan :) Something I came up with to use flavored balsamics. I have also used Lavendar Balsamic with great success (leave out chili powder and replace with Herbs de Provence)
- Toss 1st 6 ingredients in roasting pan. Spray w cooking spray and toss again. Roast @ 450 degrees for 15 minute Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic. Adjust seasonings. Serve immediately or cool and use to top a salad.
