Another one of my mom's BHG favorites.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. In a saucepan, add apple cider and raspberries.
  2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove saucepan from heat.
  4. With a sieve, strain berries from cider and discard.
  5. Serve warm.

This was good. It was different than I expected. I used fresh raspberries and some really sweet apple cider. I will make this again because it was so warm and comforting. I wonder how it would be with a cinnamon stick, mmmm. Made for P-A-R-T-Y 2010.

I made this the other day as a special treat for my girlfriends. We had spent the day shopping and were ready for a good hot drink. This was awesome. I pressed the raspberries through the sieve to get all that good juice. A wonderful flavor that we all enjoyed. Thanks for sharing this one.

A wonderful drink recipe. The raspberry and apple cider flavors went very well together. I sipped on this all day long and it just gave me a warm, and cuddly feeling. Very delicious and I plan of sharing this with my gal-pals at our next get-together. Thank-you Nurse Di.
