Oh my this was wonderful, I used raspberries, blueberries and strawberries out of my garden and Grand Marnier as I had no kirsch. It was sooooo good and disappeared in record time. I can't wait to go out and by the kirsch to give that a try next. Everyone really loved it.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Choose the ripest red raspberries.
  2. Beat cream until stiff.
  3. Gradually add sugar and Kirsch.
  4. Lightly fold in the berries.
  5. Spoon into tall stemmed glasses and chill.
