Had this at a fair. Totally enjoyed having this. Quite simple to make. I took a guess as for serving on this.

I totally enjoyed the recipe. I think the wine was very good with the berries, although I do think there was more sauce than berries as called for in the recipe (I could tell as I was preparing the sauce). So I added a full cup each of bluberries and raspberries.
- 2 egg yolks
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1 cup muscat wine
- 3⁄4 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup raspberries
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
Directions See How It's Made
- Whisk all ingredients in a bowl over hot water for 10 minutes or until thick.
- Pour over desired fruit. I had this with Raspberries and Blueberries. How much of these are up to you.
- ** If mixture is too hot it will curdle.
- You can also add some more yogurt as a little extra.
