Found in an online search and posted by request, the following recipe is from Paula Wolfert's book "World of Food."
- 4 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 4 teaspoons ground ginger
- 5 teaspoons coriander seeds
- 2 tablespoons black peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 16 whole cloves
- 20 allspice berries
- Grind together.
- Store in air-tight container.
