We really enjoyed the simplicity of this dish. The flavour of the rapini holds up to the stronger flavours of beef and lamb.

This recipe is delicious I love it and found it is great with a little parm greated on top. Very easy to make when lacking in time but not in taste.

Great recipe! One thing I like to do is add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice just before serving.

This is my recipe exactly (although I do like to use two cloves of cruched garlic rather than chopped). Sometimes I add some pancetta or bacon to the pan with the oil. I like the flavor with rapini.

Okay this is one of those I did this review. I put the rapini in a steamer basket and steamed it until limp, sliced the garlic and browned it in the oil along with the chili flakes. Placed the rapini in the pan with oil and covered and cooked as directed. It was very tasty and a beautiful bright green.
