  1. Had this today at a friends place and her mom's recipe exactly as posted here. And so I picked up couple bunches today for first time and now I have the recipe on hand thanks to Zaar!

  2. Love this. Simple, quick and delicious. I've tried a similar approach to spinach which is good. Quick adaptation idea: I was in Miami, a small mom & pop italian restaurant near the Lauderdale marina - they added hot italian sausage, a few tomatoes to a little penne pasta. Delicious.

  3. Amazing! All the bitterness, gone.

  4. Browned some mushrooms in a dry skillet, added butter, then garlic and red peppers and then previously boiled rapini. Delish!

  5. Ok I planted a lot of rapini in my greenhouse...we'll see. If I don't like it, maybe my German Angoras will. Let you know
