We loved these cookies. They are addictive. I wanted to use coconut but I didn't have any :( Maybe they would be great with half the amount of sugar cause they are a bit sweet. The problem of these cookies is that they were hard to manipule to put on the baking pan. It was hard to give them their shape cause they were crumbly. I added a little bit of oil at the end to help me. Thanks jswinks :) Made for I recommend tag game

Loved these great cookies! I used chocolate chips instead of raisins, otherwise made as specified. Mine took about 12 minutes to bake. Enjoyed the flavor and crunch of these - thanks for sharing the recipe!

This is a good basic cookie. I made some plain, some with cranberries and some with chocolate chips, and I used whole wheat pastry flour. I only had old fashioned oat which made them a little more crumbly then they would have been with quick oats.
