  1. Heat salad oil, vinegar,chopped garlic,and salt to almost boiling,stirring often-do not boil-Set aside to cool.
  2. To gallon jar add:.
  3. chopped tomatoes-saving juice fron cans.
  4. chopped jalapenos.
  5. chopped onions.
  6. then add cooled mixture.
  7. stir to mix add remaining juice from cans to fill jar.
  8. stir well and refrigerate.
