  1. Marinate steaks in wine and spices for two hours.
  2. Grill on a hot bbq grill for 7 minutes on each side.
  3. Mix raspberry preserves with barbecue sauce.
  4. Add tabasco and pour over steaks.

Very tasty steak, marinated in red wine. The sauce is quite outstanding, and one of those 2 ingredient wonders... well, three, to be exact. If not able to grill, I would just leave the red wine out and make a crust on steaks of the salt, pepper and oregano, and leave it to sit for a while, before pan frying.

Missed this one! Freezer has real Canadian home grown beef - I marinade a variety of steak at one time doing a 'mixed grill' of the steak to sample the new marinades. Freeze the rest ready for the next time we want to grill. Means I get to grill and enjoy Randy's Bootz Steaks for our next cook out! Made as posted and yes - we loved that steak!
