  • Saute butter, onion and ground round until cooked.
  • Add seasoning salt, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, pork and beans, kidney beans, and green chilies.
  • Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, uncovered, for 40 minutes.

  1. This is a good starter recipe. I substited pinto beans (drained) for the kidney beans and added about 2 cloves of garlic. I also deleted the butter. The recipe was a little bit sweet, but very tasty. I might try using only half the brown sugar next time and using a whole tablespoon of Worcestershire. Thanks for the recipe!!

I married my high school sweetheart on Mackinac Island in August '02. Some of my favorite things to do...baking, snow skiing, camping, hiking, reading, and playing cards with my parents on Sunday afternoons.
