  1. Preheat to 350°F.
  2. In a sauce pan, on medium heat, melt butter, stir in flour, and add the mile gradually, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat, and stir in salt, pepper, onions, and barbecue sauce, stir in cheese until melted.
  4. Place a layer of half the potato slices in a 8x8 casserole dish. Pour half the sauce over the potatoes. Repeat.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.

Really good! I used spicy barbecue sauce. I might use a little less cheese next time, and layer in chopped jalapenos and crumbled bacon.
