One of my favorite lunches. Got this recipe from the grocery store.
- 2 whole wheat pita bread
- 12 ounces deli roast beef
- 4 ounces alfalfa sprouts
- 8 slices tomatoes
- 16 slices cucumbers
- 4 ounces peppercorn ranch dressing
- Cut pitas in half and form a pocket in each.
- Divide roast beef, sprouts, tomatoes and cucumbers equally between the pitas.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing.
