Ranch Red Skin Potato Salad

Great for the potluck picnics. Also it so easy and you make it the night before so you can just grab it and go.

  • 11 medium red potatoes
  • 439.41 g containert marzettis ranch dip
  • 354.88 ml shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 stalk green onions, sliced,using all white and most of the green (scallions)


  1. Cook the potatoes and let cool, then cut into quarters or smaller if pieces are to big.
  2. Then add cooled potatoes and the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
  3. Let sit overnight in the fridge to soak up the flavor.
  4. Serve cool.
