Ok well now; I love this! We all love this. Longmeadow Farm loves this. What is not to love? Fresh, green, beautiful Spring asparagus, some Ranch dressing, (I also used low fat) and crushed crackers (these were also low fat) nice crunch, nice taste, and oh so tasty. I added a bit of coarse sea salt to the top after baking, and we devoured the whole thing. 1 lb of asparagus. I served with a side of fettuccine that was warmed up with a bit of olive oil. Dennis was certainly the happiest I have seen....because he loves asparagus! Thank you so much, MsSally!

I didn't get home until late last night and I wanted someting to eat but nothing heavy. So I whipped this up and it was excellent. Loved the flavor combination. Thanks Ms Sally

What a wonderful way to prepare asparagus! I used fresh asparagus and freshly grated parmesan cheese plus a little romano cheese (which I wanted to use up). Love the crunch of the Ritz crackers, too! So easy!

What a tasty dish MsSally. I enjoyed the asparagus prepared this way. I used frozen asparagus and grated fresh pamesan cheese. It was flavourful and tangy. Thanks so much for sharing.
