Ranch Mashed Potatoes

"my friend gave me this recipe and I thought this sounds different, so i thought i would share it with you."

• Ingredients: 6
• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 4 medium potatoes
• 1 envelope ranch dip mix
• 118.29 ml sour cream
• 118.29 ml milk
• 29.58 ml butter
• 2 slice bacon, diced or 29.58 ml bacon bits (optional)

directions

1. boil and mash potatoes.
2. add milk, sour cream, butter, and dip mix.

As I was getting ready to make my mashed potatoes, I realized I didn't have any cream cheese which I usually use to make my mashed potatoes. I looked in my cupboard and saw the Ranch dressing packet and was like, maybe I can use that, so I came on Zaar and found this recipe. Didn't have time to make the bacon (doesn't really need it, I'm sure it would be a nice addition though). Didn't have to much sour cream so just had to make do with what I had, and they taste great. I will try them again with more sour cream.
