This worked wonderfully for us & we found it very tasty. There was lots of marinade so I increased the thighs by 2. I used my already on-hand homemade seasoned breadcrumbs (#203857 c/o Zaar) & just added abit of cayenne. I sprayed the prepared thighs abit with cooking spray prior to cooking. Easy to make & yummy, thanks for sharing.

This did not turn out as good as I had hoped. I thought it was a little bland and did not crisp up in the oven.

Delicious. I made extra so I could have some for lunch the next day....but there were no leftovers!

I love this recipe. Even my granddaughters like it and they don't like anything much. I used Panko crumbs instead of dry bread crumbs.

This is easy and the best fried, yes I said fried chicken I have ever had. True it was cooked in the oven but it looked and tasted fried. It was also VERY tender and juicy. What a winner. I can not wait to cook it again. Pigpurple

More stars please for this recipe!!!! Truely a wonderful chicken dish. I used Frank's Chile and Lime hot sauce, and didn't use garlic salt...as we don't use it ever...used granulated garlic instead. We had 2 thighs leftover and they reheated wonderfully. Thank you for sharing.

Really good, to bad there are no more stars. l have made this three times this week. The last time l just used bottled ranch and also added some dijon mustard and pressed garlic. I let it marinate over night and that brought out the flavors. I had it it a tossed salad and this wonderfull recipe for potatoes from anther member, which l also recomend. Thanks for posting, definatly keep this. http://www.recipezaar.com/87782

I also tried it with ranch dressing due to the fact I was out of buttermilk. This is one of the best chicken recipes I have ever had. I added a little more hot sauce which gave it the buffalo wing flavor.

Well I really wanted to try this recipe but didn't have buttermilk or a ranch packet! I just substituted bottled ranch dressing and it worked out great! I also used Italian flavored breadcrumbs as that was what I had on hand. I cooked mine for about 40 minutes at 400 degrees because I had my side dish in there at that temp and it turned out great! The coating was flavorful and the chicken was tender and moist! Maybe a little too much paprika for my liking, but all in all a great idea and easy recipe to put together!

I followed the recipe exactly, apart from reducing the amounts for four chicken thighs. I thought the flavours were good, and it was simple to make. I might try it on boneless chicken breast fillets next time. Mine were done after about 40 minutes. Thanks for sharing.

I used plain non-fat yogurt instead of buttermilk and marinated it overnight. It is very moist. It's a keeper.

OH! This was good. I used 4 smallish breasts since they were on sale and I bought several packages and split and fraze them. We've got chicken for days--weeks? I made this exactly as posted. Even had buttermilk--DH drank the rest of the quart. He considers it a treat. This will be worth repeating.

Jan! I needed a last minute chicken recipe to make for my parents dinner tonight, and I found this recipe and thought it was just perfect for the occasion! :D I had all of the ingredients on hand, and it took no time at all! I marinated my chicken for 2 1/2 hours; boy the flavor in this chicken from the ranch mix and the spices... its just fabulous! My family was very thrilled with dinner :) Thanks so much for this recipe!!
