VERY GOOD! It's like something I've never had before. I've had other quiches but this was awesome! I omitted the bacon to make the recipe cheaper and healthier. I also substituted the onion for garlic powder. YUM!!!

Very very tasty mid week meal - also could be good served at room temp with salad. i like it because it is a firm type of frittata not one of those airy ones that falls apart. We don't have ranch dressing mix in Australia so I added salt and pepper and a diced green pepper with a great result.

LOVED the crust Caro, and we also LOVED the addition of the Ranch dressing as a seasoning in this easy to make tart! I used Ritz crackers and Emmanthal cheese - everything else was exactly as stated. My four VERY LITTLE eggs did not make the filling rise as high as it should have risen, but that did NOT detract from the flavour! (Plus, my pie tin was 12" and not 10" - so this was wide and shallow.) Made for LIVESTRONG and the May Floral Event, both in the Photos Forum, and made for YOU, my little Arkansas Rose! FT:-)

Great taste, easy preparation. My family loved the Ritz crust - I used Ritz with Roasted Vegetables and it was fabulous. The pie cut into very attractive pieces for great presentation. I was careful to use only 1/4 of the ranch dressing packet and that gave just the right amount of flavor to the eggs and cheese. Thanks for a great recipe Caroline!

I followed the directions exactly and loved it. I agree that a full package of ranch dressing mix would have been to salty. My one year old and 4 year old ate it up. Thanks for the post. I loved that it only took about a half an hour to cook also.
