The recipe for the Texas Roadhouse Restaurant.
- 177.44 ml mayonnaise
- 59.14 ml buttermilk
- 2.46 ml garlic powder
- 1.23 ml cayenne pepper
- 1.23 ml cracked black pepper
- 0.25 ml garlic, minced
- Mix all ingredients well then refrigerate.
This is not a bad dressing. It's a little mayonnaise-y as written, but it's easily fixable. I added another 1/4 cup of buttermilk and a dash of lemon juice, and it came out as a 5 star recipe to us. I liked the spiciness, but some people might want to halve the amount cayenne. Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Spring 2008.
horrible. i've worked at texas roadhouse for a year and this is nothing like the ranch dressing. this is an insult to ranch dressing everywhere.
