- 3 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 medium cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄4 cup hard-boiled egg
- 1⁄4 cup sliced ripe olives
- 1⁄4 cup sliced carrot
- 1⁄8 cup sliced red cabbage
- 1⁄4 cup bacon bits
- 1⁄2 cup ranch salad dressing
- Mix all ingredients and enjoy!
Very nice salad! It made a great lunch and was simple. I used some rotisserie chicken which gave it great flavor. Made for Pick A Chef Fall 2008.
