This was wonderful !!! We used Garlic Ranch Dressing(by wishbone) and doctored up packaged breadcrumbs--I baked it in the oven at 425 for about 20 minutes (the chicken was pretty thick)-didn't loose any crumbs and Chris told me " Don't forget how you did this!" which translates to five star ratings for this great recipe--definitely a keeper!! Thank you!!~~TERESA

This was a hit with everyone who tried it. The flavor is great. I will try it in the oven next time in the hopes of holding on to more of the breading. I'm going to assume that it should be cooked at 350.

Jun 1, 2005: I cut my chicken breasts into quarters and pounded them thin, so cooking time was very quick. My husband says that next time with a little more spice this will be perfect; my two year-old enjoyed it as written. I baked this at 425 for about 15-18 minutes. *** November 13, 2005: I made it again, this time frying the chicken in a little olive oil. The chicken was very moist and flavorful. Served with Cajun Roast Potatoes #69636 and steamed broccoli for an easy dinner that both my husband and two year-old enjoyed. Thanks!

Great recipe. I really pounded the heck out of these cutlets, so they were very thin. I marinated them in Marie's Creamy Ranch Dressing for about 4 hours. I breaded them with Progresso Italian crumbs and fried them in olive oil for about 4 minutes per side. I was very surprised because the crumbs held on great...I didn't lose any at all. The chicken was so tender and moist and had the best flavor. This recipe will be repeated often around here. Thanks for posting

This is a wonderful recipe. I did bake it in the oven at 450 because the breast was pretty thick. Wonderful tender juicy full of flavor. Next time I think I would pound them out a bit and fry those wonder babies up. Thank You so very much.

We loved this recipe. Very easy to make and the house smelled wonderful while it was cooking. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and baked them in the oven. Chicken was moist and very flavorable. A great all around recipe. Thanks for sharing.

We had an awesome chicken dinner tonight. I made Mirj's Homemade Ranch Dressing #60078. Used it for the salad dressing. Baked at 425° for 30 minutes. The chicken was so moist and the breading had a great flavor and stayed in its place. Carmen, thank you for sharing. Peggy

We used fresh bread crums, and fresh parsley and oregano. This is a quick, tasty, simple chicken dish which we will make again. Cooked it in the oven, with no loss of crumbs.
