1 cheese ball
ingredients
- 2 (453.59 g) package cream cheese or (453.59 g) package neufchatel cheese, softened
- 28.34 g package dry ranch dressing mix (unsure of actual oz)
- 236.59 ml shredded cheddar cheese
- black pepper
directions
- Soften cream cheese, stir in ranch mix and cheese until all combined.
- Form into ball and roll in black pepper.
- Place in fridge and chill overnight for flavors to combine.
- Serve with crackers.
