If you like ranch, you will love this Ranch Cheddar Chicken. The combination of the ranch and cheddar will make your tastebuds jump!
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1⁄2 cup ranch dressing
- 1⁄4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 375°F Mix together ranch dressing and flour. Coat chicken breasts with ranch/flour mixture and refrigerate in a container for 15-20 minutes.
- Arrange coated chicken on a baking sheet. Combine both cheeses and sprinkle over chicken breasts. Bake 25 minutes and serve.
This was so easy to make and was a quick meal! Made it for my parents and they loved it. For sure having this again!

I can't believe with as many times as I've cooked this, I haven't rated it yet! This is the best way to cook chicken. We use fat-free ranch and fat-free cheddar cheese to cut down on the calories but no taste is lost. The chicken is always moist and I like to spoon the drippings over mashed potatoes. Wonderful recipe!
