I quadrupled this for dinner (we are a family of 6). I reduced the taco seasoning (due to children), reduced the water (to make it less soupy - only 1.5 cups of water per ramen pack) I also added 2 finely chopped carrots, 1 cup frozen corn and 1 cup frozen peas. I let it rest for about 5 mins. before serving and addedd the cheese to the pot. What a great easy meal for those nights on the run!!! Thanks for posting. To reduce more time, use boiled water and save yourself an extra 4-5 mins.

This was good and easy to make. It cooked up fast. I doubled the recipe for my family and I didn't drain the tomatoes. We all enjoyed this.

Very quick and easy to make. I used ground turkey and cheddar/monterray jack cheese as that was what I had on hand. My DDs both loved it. I added a drained can of corn and diced avocados as a garnish. Thanks for posting this recipe. :)

My 11 yr old daughter took one bite and declared this to be "an immediate 5 stars!" We didn't have any meat so we left that part out. The only other change we made was to use a can of RoTel tomatoes/chilies and decrease the taco seasoning to 1 tsp (to balance the extra spices in the RoTel). Thanks for posting a new way to fix Ramen for the kiddos! :o)
