Loved how easy and good. I added celery, green peppers, onion, and peas. Was making Slow cooker Brown Sugar and Garlic Chicken, just used some of it's sauce. I will defiantly be making this again.

This was super simple and tasted great. I used broccoli slaw in place of the veggies since that is what I had on hand.It was a nice side dish and change from rice for the teriyaki chicken I was making.

When I was making this dish I thought why have I never thought of this. It is a wonderful side dish and so simple. I halved the recipe and added less of the packet due to other reviews. I was low on fresh veggies because the next day was grocery day. I had a bag of frozen stir fry veggies and used those. We will be having this again. Thanks marinecopper!

Made for Zaar Cookbook Tag game 2012 and what a wonderful choice! I cut the recipe in half and like breezermom I didn't us all of the flavoring packet (1/4--1/2). I did use yellow and green zucchini, red onions, green pepper and some snow peas. What a tasty dish and one I will make again.

I really liked this! In fact, I think it is good hot or cold. Very versatile, since you can use whatever veggies you have on hand. I used the soy sauce, and only used 1/4 of a flavoring packet for 2-3 servings (1 3-oz pkg of noodles). The veggies I picked were yellow squash, onions, broccoli, and red bell pepper. I used twice the amount of veggies called for, and really enjoyed the taste and color. Thanks for sharing! Made for PAC Spring 2012.
