From the kitchen of Maureen - a fun and crunchy variation of cole slaw.
- 1⁄3 cup oil
- 1⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 (1 lb) bag Coleslaw
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds, shelled
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, uncooked and crunched up
- Mix first three ingrediens in advance and refrigerate overnight.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
