Ramen Noodle Bowl

"I found this on Southern Living yesterday and had to share with everyone. I made it for lunch and it was so good. The only thing I changed was that I added a small handful of bean sprouts at then end of cooking because I love the crunchiness of them. I am going to try this again in the next week but with sliced grilled chicken breast instead. YUM!"

  • Stir together flavor packet from the Oriental-flavored ramen noodles , water, green onion, and chopped cilantro in a medium saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil; add noodles and fresh trimmed snow peas.
  • Cook 1 minute, and stir in the raw shrimp.
  • Cook 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, and top with shredded cabbage and peanuts.
