- 1 (3 ounce) package Top Ramen oriental-flavor noodles
- 2 cups water
- 1 green onion (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1⁄2 cup snow peas (trimmed)
- 6 medium raw shrimp (26/30 count, peeled and deveined)
- 1⁄4 cup napa cabbage (shredded)
- 1 tablespoon peanuts (crushed)
directions
- Stir together flavor packet from the Oriental-flavored ramen noodles , water, green onion, and chopped cilantro in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil; add noodles and fresh trimmed snow peas.
- Cook 1 minute, and stir in the raw shrimp.
- Cook 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, and top with shredded cabbage and peanuts.
