      I thought I'd already reviewed this, but I guess I didn't. We've been making this for ages and love, love, love it. It's easy, quick, and really cheap to make! I often put a (drained) tin of beansprouts in this, and/or sauted carrot, celery and onion - sometimes peppers. It's so easy my kids can make it too. Yummy.

      I made this recipe on 3/30/12 for the " Spring PAC 2012 Event ". And except for cutting the recipe down to feed just one,the recipe was made as it was written. I used the beef ramen noodle type, just a personal choice. This made a very nice and tasty lunch.(P.S. I just now read the part where the mixture was supposed to be " flattened " and I'm so,so, sorry. I will have to make it again and do it right.) " Keep Smiling :) "

      Made as directed. Super easy and quick. The pickiest 5 and 9 year old eaters in the world both liked it. They asked that I put it in our regular menu rotation. Thanks for sharing.
