      I like this recipe. I also add dried onions, and diced green onions if available. It is very good to add diced leftover chicken, diced cooked pork or beef and sometimes some chopped mushrooms. I also break the ramen into 3 or 4 pieces before dropping into the water and or broth. I find it cooks faster. I watch it closely so the noodles do not get mushy. Thanks for posting. This is a good basic recipe for the cooks that want to expand it to their hearts delight.
