- 3⁄4 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1⁄4 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons red onions, sliced
- 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cilantro, chopped
- 1 pinch cumin, ground
- 1 pinch black pepper
- Combine ingredient in a bowl and toss to coat.
We make lots of curries and raitas. This is basically how we'd make one and it was good. I added in a tiny bit of salt.
