- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 medium garlic clove, minced or pressed through garlic press (about 1 teaspoon)
- table salt, to taste
- cayenne pepper, to taste
- Stir all ingredients together. Refrigerate until needed.
