Just have to make another comment about this dish! I've been eating the sweetened version as a hot cereal in the morning. I add a little fat free Half & Half---absolutely wonderful!
Very tasty side-dish; the plumped-up raisins give a nice little burst of sweetness in each bite. I've never had bulgur prepared like this before (other than Seven-Grain Cereal), and I really liked it. Nice alternative to regular "rice" disehs! I think it would be great, too, without the salt, as a breakfast dish. Thanks, Bergy, for a great recipe!
