Raisin sauce found in a Junior League cookbook to serve with ham.
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄4 cup seedless raisin
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- Melt butter in a medium sauce pan.
- Add flour and salt and mix to form a paste.
- Add cider gradually, and stir constantly to make a smooth sauce.
- Add raisins and serve over ham.
