- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
directions
- Combine all ingredients except raisins in a small saucepan.
- Stir over low heat until sauce thickens.
- Cook five minutes, then add raisins.
- Cook five minutes more.
- Serve hot over baked ham.
