• 425.24 g can pumpkin puree
• 2 eggs, well beaten
• 236.59 ml packed brown sugar
• 141.74 g can evaporated milk
• 0.25 ml salt
• 4.92 ml allspice
• 1.23 ml ground cloves
• 9 inch unbaked pie shells
• 118.29 ml raisins, chopped

directions

1. Mix the pumpkin, eggs, sugar, milk, salt, and spices together; blend well.
2. Put in the pie shell and sprinkle the raisins evenly over the top.
3. Bake on middle rack of oven for 45 minutes at 350°F.
