This is another pie recipe that my Grandmother gave to me. I have not made it, but I did taste some of hers once! If you like raisins, hopefully you will like this pie!!
- 1 1⁄3 cups maple syrup
- 1 1⁄3 cups raisins
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 (9 inch) pie shells, unbaked
- Mix syrup, raisins and eggs together. Pour into pie shell.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350 degrees, continue baking until a toothpick inserted into the center of pie comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
