Boy, howdy, did I like these tarts! Being originally from the south, I've always loved pecan pie. The filling on this was great! and adding the raisins was inspired. I put all the ingredients for the shells into my food processor and let it do much of the work! First time my pie crust was worth eating!lol Thnx for sharing your recipe, SummerBud. Delicious!!! The BEST butter raisin pecan tart I ever had. This recipe will be on my to-do list for the holidays now... :)
