I tasted this while spending Christmas vacation with a Greek family while in the Army. It was to die for and my Dad (who hates rice) even ate it & smiled.

  1. Brown hamburger and livers in butter.
  2. Add garlic, onion, celery, parsley and cook until onions are transparent.
  3. Add rice, chicken broth, and nuts to meat mixture.
  4. Cook in medium size roasting pan at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until rice is done.
  5. Add cinnamon and raisins.
  6. Let set for 10 minutes.
