You can use this with any healthy breakfast cereal you like. The protein powder adds extra flavor and balances out the protein/carb ratio in the meal! You can try using other flavors of protein powder as well.
- 1 cup Raisin Bran cereal (or any healthy cereal)
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 1⁄4 cup vanilla protein powder
- in bowl, add the milk and protein powder, stil well.
- add the cereal and stir.
- serve and enjoy!
