  • Cut clementine, kiwi, pineapple, apple into small pieces. Note: you can use any fruit you wish.
  • Place red dragon fruit and frozen banana into a blender; blend till smooth; add water if needed.
  • Pour smoothie into a bowl.
  • Top with fruits.

  1. I really like this bowl, but I just started a fast and need to stay at or under 27g of sugar. Is there a way to lower the amount of sugar in it? If so, what needs to be changed or taken out?
