This recipe seemed too watery to me. It shriveled the popcorn as soon as I poured it on. I ended up having to transfer the popcorn to a clean pan because there was just too much syrup sitting in the pan. I baked an additional 10 minutes and it did finally crisp up. And I added food coloring to deepen the colors.

Great Recipe! I didn't have a disposable pan, so I used my extra large jelly roll pan lined with tin foil and lightly sprayed with PAM. I added a little bit of vanilla extract along with orange gelatin powder and it turned out wonderful!

Sooo good! I used strawberry gelatin. My son loved it and he liked to help with the popcorn making. Thanks for a great recipe.

Rainbow Popcorn
