This is from I don't know why they say only 1/2 sheet of nori.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 7 ounces cooked sushi rice, about 200 g
  • 12 sheet nori
  • 1 egg, cook into an omelette
  • 1 green kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 2 ounces salmon, about 50 g
  • 3 poached prawns


  1. Spread rice as same size of nori.
  2. Place nori on the rice and put all the filling on nori.
  3. Roll it and slice it as you like.
