I make this often in the summer for BBQs. I always make and use Good Seasons Italian dressing, but you can use whatever dressing you like.
- Cook corn until tender; cool completely.
- Remove corn from cob.
- Dice remaining vegetables.
- Mix all vegetables well with dressing; chill at least 1 hour.
Very good and easy to make salad which we enjoyed with grilled fish! This makes a lot of salad, so I am planning on draining off the excess liquid and have it again for dinner tonight with grilled chicken. Thanks for sharing!
