  1. In a large skillet, brown pork cutlets lightly.
  2. Remove from pan and keep warm.
  3. Add flour and stir until just fragrant.
  4. Add cream, stirring.
  5. Add peppercorns.
  6. Return pork to pan. Heat through and serve.
